{"id":38,"date":"2013-09-06T11:58:52","date_gmt":"2013-09-06T11:58:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bvecornwall.co.uk\/wordpress\/?page_id=38"},"modified":"2014-01-22T14:19:37","modified_gmt":"2014-01-22T14:19:37","slug":"lner-flying-scotsman","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bvecornwall.co.uk\/wordpress\/lner-flying-scotsman\/","title":{"rendered":"LNER Flying Scotsman"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The LNER Flying Scotsman is one of two much older trains hosted at BVE Cornwall-<br \/>\nIn 2006, BVE 4 was relatively new, and this introduced the concept of &#8216;plugins&#8217;- These allowed for realistic modelling of traction and safety systems.<br \/>\nShortly thereafter, Oskaari Sarrekas released a plugin called OS_ATS, which allowed for simulation of a steam locomotive. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/bvecornwall.co.uk\/image\/obj6geo5pg1p2.jpg\" alt=\"Flying Scotsman Cab\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Flying Scotsman was one of my first attempts at creating a train using this plugin, and as such was heavily influenced by the MSTS Flying Scotsman cab.
